AdSupply Browser Hijacker

Hi,
I need help with a malware issue. Started in April.
Browser (Firefox and IE) is often redirected to random sites. Often has Powered by AdSupply proudly displayed. Words in the browser relating to computers and viruses/malware are highlighted and display adds when scrolled over. Sometimes audio randomly plays. Browser speed is extremely slow.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
