Alarabyonline has taken as my default browser and also it says this is enforced by system admin

Hi,

I was trying to update JAVA into my system, then some searchask tool bar added itself automatically. I removed it and then found that in chrome my default browser has changed to alarabyonlie. I tried to change it, but it said this setting has been forced my administrator. This is my personal Laptop and i have admin rights. I tried scanning for virus through Macfee antivirus but it did not find any infection.
When I open IE, a URL s3.amazonaws.com, starts up and finally arabeyes opened...
