Can't get rid of Binkiland

I can't get rid of Binkiland no matter what I do. Here's what I've done:
Step 1 - Ran CCleaner
Step 2 - Ran Adwcleaner
Step 3 - Ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
Step 4 - Ran HitmanPro
Step 5 - Reset your browser settings (if necessary)
Then I searched for and deleted all Binkiland references in windows register. It still comes back. I have run out of ideas -- please help!
