DLLHost 32* Com Surrogate virus

Hi wondered if anyone can help, I'm pretty certain I have been infected with the dllhost*32 com surrogate virus, have noticed lately pc has been running slower and cpu fan working overtime, in task manager I have has dllhost *32 com surrogate using 13% of cpu I belive the folder should be located in system32 folder but while in taske mangaer it opening file location direct to syswow64 folder. Malwarebytes hasn't picked up anything and same with mcafee av. When i end task in task manager pc...
