Chrome Go Save Ads/Extension keeps coming back

Help me too. I have the same problem.
Operating System:

Windows 7
Are you using a 32-bit or 64-bit operating system?:

64-bit (x64)
Infection date and initial symptoms:

No Idea. For about 3-4 weeks now
Current issues and symptoms:

Go Save Extension keeps returning only in Google Chrome
Steps taken in order to remove the infection:

Scanned using Malwarebytes, removed it in control panel
