Had to remove chrome

Hello again,
Sorry for the repeat post. I am new here. Can you give me some guidance to my malware issue. Surfing the web is a major issue. As I stated before, internet explorer will redirect me to sites no associated with the content I was looking at. PC performance has slowed, and I now need to reboot frequently.
