I can't get rid of Offers4U malware. I have followed all the steps in http://malwaretips.com/blogs/offers4u-virus-removal/ accurately and the malware pop-ups still appear. Some of the anti-virus software I ran found malware files and deleted them, but I have restarted the computer and everything and the ads keep popping up, like nothing was changed. What should I try next? Thanks.
