need help! Norton keeps finding trojan.poweliks!gm

please see above. Evidently our computer picked up Trojan.poweliks!gm, according to NortonAV. It says it resolved the threat (requests a computer restart to remove the threat), but it is either coming right back, or never really leaving. This started yesterday 2/3/2015.

Please help!!
