Fake Google Chrome Virus Keeps Returning

I had a friend who called about 8 weeks ago, saying that her Norton 360 was detecting high memory usage from Google. I stopped by to take a look and of course she did not have Google Chrome installed. The program it was detecting was the same as these other threads ... a random filename in a random directory that Norton 360 was detecting as Google Chrome.

I cleaned it up (I am in IT), and everything was fine for 4 weeks or so, when the same thing happened again. Same drill, cleaned it...
