dllhost.exe *32 COM Surrogate infection

Hi There! We have the dllhost.exe *32 COM Surrogate infection. It's even running in safe mode. I tried malwarebytes but it's still there. You helped me with this same infection about 6 months ago on someone else's computer. This dll thing seems to be a little out of control now. Can you please help? I am attaching my FRST file.
