Need help with Syswow64/ddlhost.exe and trojan.ZBOT on my laptop

Please, can someone help me. I keep getting 6 pop ups when computer starts up from Malwarebytes that it blocked Syswow64/ddlhost.exe and a pop up from Norton that it blocked Trojan.zbot. Am I infected or are they both just doing their job?
