I have a Kindle Fire that has been infected by malware saying it is from the Cyber Crime Unit and ICSPA. My device is essentially frozen to the point that all I can access is volume control and brightness settings. All other functions and apps (including a security app) are unavailable. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
