Google Chrome search bar redircts to: http://us.yhs4.search.yahoo.com/

I have seen this problem solved on this site before, so I went ahead and took the same steps as that guy was told. I've attached a farbar scan of my computer.

I have tried several other anti-malware software products and followed many "step by step" removal guides and all have failed. Please help!
