it seems my computer is uploading large amount of data in different intervals. for example in the past two days it uploaded 2 gigabytes and in the past 8 days it has uploaded about 4 gigabytes overall. and when I check I see there are a lot of connections (20-30) by the "svchost.exe" even when everything is closed.
