HEY!!! NEED HELP REMOVING MALWARE. safesear.ch and possible others.

So Im new to this thread and apologize if Im doing anything wrong. I recently realized that there is malware on my computer that prevents me from changing my omnitool search engine in google chrome. Now I ran malwarebytes maybe last week. It removed alot of things but i think this may be a little different because it may come from a program that my mother downloaded lol. Anyway so im trying to come behind her and delete and dangerous programs on top of this annoying safesear.ch.
