Lagging laptop, multiple explorer.exe, svchost.exe and 100% CPU usage. Please help, TwinHeadedEagle

Now I don't know what to say. Previously laptop was lagging, 100% CPU usage like I described but after restarting my laptop, same multiple explorer.exe and svchost.exe running but CPU usage is down to 15%. Please help as I don't know what's causing it...
