C:\Windows\Installer\dllhost.exe ... Malicious website 95.215.1.57 trojan horse

I am having the same issue as posted in "Need help removing c:/windows/sysWOW64/dllhost.exe Trojan". Any help in getting this virus/Trojan horse removed would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
