Basically this is pretty much the same thing that is happening to a lot of other people. I get multiple instances of dllhost.exe *32 that jump CPU usage up to 100%. The laptop runs very slow until I can get task manager open and kill all the dllhost processes that are running under my user. I am now to the point where I keep task manager open and watch for any signs of it starting up. I usually kill the first process that pops up and I can stop it from replicating into more right away.
