Trojan.Gen.2 and Extra Chrome / Powershell instances?

Hi, I'm having some issues with my computer. I was able to identify Trojan.Gen.2 which I think may still be hidden somewhere. My computer is running slowly and multiple processes of Chrome.exe and powershell.exe are appearing when only 1 tab of Chrome is running. 64% of my memory is being used by these extra processes. Before it would cap at maybe 18-22% even while I was running my music software.

Other notes: My computer's Operating system is Windows 7 Ultimate, meaning it both runs 32 bit...
