Need help getting rid of saveitcoupon

So I am having a hard time with a particularly nasty bit of spyware I cannot seem to defeat. I'm no computer pro but usually I can get rid of stuff like this. This time, it is proving rather difficult.

It started three days ago with ads by TopDeal. I tried to get rid of it with a couple different programs and it looked like everything was fine for a day, but it recently came back, this time under SaveItCoupon. Same garbage.
