Win32 Caphaw infection

A few days ago I started getting these security alert popups, and everything I try has failed.

I restarted in safe mode and did virus scans, but no luck.
Went into the registry, can't get anything done there either since the locations where i'm told it hides aren't there to find.

Can anyone please help me? I am out of ideas.
