Pricechop Removal

Hello there,
Yet another Pricechop thread. Pretty self-explanatory I guess..ads keep popping up on webpages and everything I've tried does not remove it. Thank you in advanced for everything, fantastic really that you guys spend your own time to assist others on things like this.
