Can't Uninstall Vuze Remote Toolbar!

I'm being harassed with Vuze Remote Toolbar, to the point that its making it very hard to even use my computer anymore. Every time I try to remove it via my computer's Control Panel, I get this message:

"The installer must close all open Internet Explorer windows in order to continue. Please save any work in progress in any open Internet Explorer windows and click continue to proceed."

No matter how many times I click continue, this message pops right back up. It happens even though there are...
