got hit by dllhost.exe COM Surrogate....

I've been hit by dllhost.exe COM Surrogate virus... Please help! I've tried lots of different scans and removal options. Nothing works.... Nothing is detecting it! Even after I end process of all COM Surrogate instances, Malwarebytes is still blocking "Malicious Website Blocked" Process: C:\Windows\System32\dllhost.exe
