dllhost.exe com surrogate infestation

Hello,
Got this nasty little bugger a few days ago and cant seem to make it go away.
Malwarebytes and Avast are blocking the constant threats but not catching the culprit.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and followed by adoring comments.
