My internet proxy setting is set to a server on localhost but there is a note that says the system administrator is managing some setting and I cannot change it. I've run a number of scan but this particular problem persists. I've uploaded the FRST scan logs and two screen shots which show the browser proxy error and internet options proxy setting issue. Thanks for any help with this issue.
