I see similar threads showing up in the last few days. I noticed lag spikes in a game, and a slowed frame rate. Checked task manager and discovered multiple processes claiming to be google Chrome. All have the same name, all are fairly large, and while they can be stopped, they reappear almost instantly. File source traced to hidden folders, folders deleted in safe mode but reappeared. Processes show up late in the windows loading process, before any user processes are opened. FRST...
