multiple com surrogate issue and can't stop it

I have run adware cleaner and several other tools but nothing seems to completely stop the spawning of additional com surrogates

The computer that is having the issue is now disconnected from the internet and I am using another unaffected computer to down load programs to try to clean it up.

I can manually kill off the processes but not what is starting it.

Any help would be great
