Hi guys,

I need your help. I was being bothered by something called DNS Unlocker and it was starting to become a real pain. I did some research and came across Malwarebytes which said could be a possible way to get rid of these popups. After doing the scan and sucessfully removing 200+ items, I could no longer connect to the same internet everyone was using. Wi-fi was working but any online app/website did not work. Please help me out.

It is been a long time that I am trying to use my computer with the malware. But I cannot take it anymore, advertisement taps pop up every time I click on anything. So I downloaded Malwarebytes and now I cannot access internet! Help me please

I really need some help guys. this is a problem, COM Surrogate will not leave my pc + some other nasties i think got past my security. Just need some with knowledge and skills to have a look at my FRST report and possible point me in the direction on freeing from this issue.

It happens randomly, when i click on any link in any website, it looks like my screens locks up and anywhere i can click for one click it will open that tab after i close poptab web page works properly again i Just got this type link after clicking:

Soo everything was fine.Im cheking always my taskmanager once or twice in hour.There was no *32 on my taskmanager before and today i had it soo i decided to come here.

Please help! I followed the steps here Remove Bestmobapp.net pop-up ads (Virus Removal Guide)
but they did not work (kept getting random popups and redirected) so I was directed here! Pleasssseeee help!

I can't access youtube even though google will show video thumbnails in general searches.
I continuously get a connection refused error and it's just on this laptop I can access it via my phone and the 3 other laptops that are using the same network. I stopped using this laptop in general die to this but I recently opened and upgraded in to Windows 10 hoping it might solve the problem. Clearly didn't help with the matter. Not sure if it's malware or not but any help would be highly appreciated.

Initial symptoms:
a) Firefox started trying to open "file:///C:/ProgramData/Airstrongs/snp.sc" on startup
b) Target on firefox shortcut changed to '"C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" %SNF%'
c) "findit" installed as a one-click search engine
d) Some websites started showing ads "Powered by SafeFinder"
e) There is a process "Airstrong.exe" running at all times

Same issues as initial keep coming back even after using multiple anti-malware programs

I cant figure out how to remove this, i tried everythng, every virus, spyware and malware removal. NOTHING works. I dont want to reinstall my os because it's alot to back up plus im not sure what is causing t so i definitely dont want to reinstall the OS and put the malware,adware back into it

Hi guys
I am still getting popups by ads by dns unlocker even after following this

Remove "Ads by DNS Unlocker" virus (Uninstall Guide)

am also running on avast antivirus

noticed that I do not actually see ads by dns unlocker installed and it was not flagged up in many of the scans..i still get the pop ups though

please advise and thank you in advanced!!

I have an odd issue that I ran into today on a users machine. On startup I get the Crytowall Ransomware instructions for Cryptowall 4.0. They pop up in html and image format and from my research it matches the 4.0 variant of the Ransomware.

What is odd though. I cant seem to find any files that are encrypted on the machine.
Also when I run MalwareBytes and Hitman Pro on the machine neither of them detect the virus.

Does anyone have any insight on why this is and how I can be assured...

... in a span of 4 minutes. Some are four or five attempts in a second. This computer has NEVER accessed ANY porn sites, it is a work laptop. It has Chrome, Firefox, and Explorer. Chrome being used the most. How did this happen? How come I didn't see it? Why didn't Kaspersky see it? How do I get rid of it?

I'm currently getting ads and cover the right side of my screen when i visit websites. Duplicatable on the samsung store website, the ads show samsung products but near the bottom state "DSNunlocker"

Beware, SpyHunter is fake. It shows me things that i never had n my computer like TornTV 96 threads and BitCoinMiner.
